What format are the lessons?
The course includes text-based lessons, practical exercises, real-world examples, and self-checks with answers to help you understand and apply what you've learned. You can work through everything at your own pace.
Video and audio lessons are not included in the current version.
Will my business be able to run without me when I finish?
That's what we're working toward, but building a business that operates independently takes time.
This course teaches you how to identify where your business depends on you and gradually transfer responsibilities to others. You'll start with one specific area, test your progress, and learn a method you can continue using throughout your business.
Completing the lessons doesn't guarantee that your business will operate independently, but it gives you a practical framework for working toward that goal.
How long does the course take?
There's no fixed timeline. You'll move through the lessons at your own pace, with time to practice and apply what you're learning in your business.
The process includes two separate 14-day periods where you'll step away from a selected responsibility to observe how things operate without your involvement. The time needed to prepare, practice, and complete the full process will depend on your business and team.
Is coaching or personalized support included?
The course is designed for independent learning, so individual coaching calls and personalized reviews aren't included.
You'll have access to the lessons, examples, exercises, and downloadable tools to guide you through the process.
Do I need to purchase anything else?
No! Everything you need to learn and apply the method is included in the course. The book and TRF memberships are optional, separate purchases.
Will I receive a certificate when I finish?
No. This course focuses on practical application rather than grades or certifications.
You'll track your own progress, check your understanding throughout the lessons, and use real evidence from your business to evaluate what you've accomplished.
